Why work at BISUL?

Working at BISUL means joining a place where teaching feels meaningful and where colleagues quickly become friends. We’re a truly international team, and we take care of each other — just as we take care of our students.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • A multicultural environment where every day brings new perspectives
  • A friendly, supportive atmosphere — we genuinely enjoy working together
  • Real room to grow — we invest in our people through training and new opportunities
  • A competitive salary and a monthly bonus
  • Extra holiday days beyond the standard allowance
  • An employer contribution to private medical care

Why live in Łódź?

Łódź often surprises people — and almost always for the better. It’s a city with a soul: creative, walkable, full of character, and refreshingly affordable for a place of its size.

  • A great location. Right in the heart of Poland, Łódź connects easily to other Polish cities and to international destinations.
  • An easy place to live. One of Poland’s biggest cities — and one of its most affordable. Rent, transport, and everyday life cost noticeably less than in Warsaw or Kraków.
  • A cultural hub. From exhibitions and concerts to festivals, film screenings, theatre, and dance parties — there’s always something happening.
  • A city you’ll want to explore. Łódź is famous for its architecture: Classicism, Italian Neo-Renaissance, Neo-Baroque, Art Nouveau, Neo-Gothic, Neo-Roman — often all on the same street.

A note on safeguarding

The welfare of our children and young people is at the heart of everything we do — and we expect every member of our team to share that commitment. All new staff are required to complete enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance (or its equivalent in your country), as well as identity, qualification, and employment checks. We also ask for an explanation of any gaps in employment, two satisfactory references, and DBS registration. We know it’s a thorough process, but it’s one we believe is non-negotiable.
